Frequently Asked Questions
1  How do I make enveloboxes on my Enveloper Pro?
2  My stick n spray doesn’t stick after I have cleaned my stamp, why is this?
To clean your stamps you need to use an alcohol free wipe, so that it doesn’t remove the stick and spray.

We recommend using the EZ-mount storage system. Click here to view the range.
4  What is the best way of working with die cut decoupage?
By far the easiest way to pop the die cut elements out the the sheets is to use a computer mouse mat or a soft mat like that used in parchment work. If using a computer mouse mat use it so that the the hard surface is facing the table and the foam side is facing you. Now place the die cut decoupage sheet so that it is foil side down on the mouse mat. Now using the handle of a pair of metal scissors or smooth metal object(ie head of a spoon) gently rub all around the die cut areas. The elements will now start to pop out. To finish turn the sheet over so that the foil side is facing you and gently pull all the die cut elements out.
