1  I am a member, and I am trying to place an order, but it won’t let me login, it says ‘your name cannot be located’, why is this?
You may be entering the wrong login details. If you are unsure, contact the office and they will be able to help you. Alternatively, if you have changed your email address and not informed us, again, you can contact the office where they will be able to update your details, or you can update the details yourself in the members’ area by logging in with your old email address.
2  I have a coupon code, but when I enter it at the checkout it says ‘coupon cannot be found’, why is this?
When entering a coupon code, it needs to be entered as one word without any spaces. You should also double check that it is a discount code, if it is for a product special offer, the code needs to be entered into the search box in the top left hand corner of the homepage, and the product needs to be added to your basket. If neither of the options works, please contact the office.
I have filled in all of my details at the checkout, but it keeps bringing me to the same page and I can’t get any further.
Please double check that you have signed up to be a club inspire member. If you were a member before we changed the club this does not automatically mean that you are a club inspire member and you will need to sign up to it to take advantage of the club benefits.
3  How do I become a member?
To become a member you need to place an order with us directly either over the phone, through the post or on the website. Alternatively, click here, fill in the form and you'll become a member free of charge.

5  How do I earn Loyalty Points?
Loyalty Points are earned when you shop with us directly by phone, post or on the website. For each £1 you spend with us on products, you earn 1 Loyalty Point. The loyalty points earned will go towards your membership band on our website. The more points you have the more benefits you will receive.
6  Where can I find out how many Loyalty Points I have?
You can find out how many Loyalty Points you have by looking on your most recent invoice or by logging in to the members area and going to the "My Account" section.
7  What is the GSM of your printable papers?
You can find the GSM of our papers within the product information on each individual item.
8  Is your Centura Pearl card double sided?
No the centura pearl card is single sided only and is approximately 280 - 300 gsm.
9  Can I purchase Spectrum Noir pens individually?
No, you can only purchase the spectrum noir pens in the packs of 6 or the box sets of 24 pens. The only pen you can purchase individually is the blender pen.
10  Can I purchase the instructions for your boards?
You can now download a copy of all of the instructions for our scoreboards including the ultimate pro from the inspiration section on the homepage of our website in the instructions area.
