Hi everyone
I thought i'd come on and post a reply to this thread myself because we've had a lot of people asking.
As you know, with any of the CD ROMs where we design the images ourselves, we are happy to let you do anything with your own hand made projects, but im sure you'll all understand that because this imagery is the actual original hand-drawn pictures from the Beatrix Potter archives, we have additional restrictions imposed upon us by the licensing company and the publishers Warne. Anyone who knows about the history of Beatrix Potter herself, will know that she was very particular in her wishes for how the stories and imagery were protected and used after her death, and Warne (who are now responsible for overseeing the archives) are only carrying through on her exact wishes.
I have explained to Warne in detail what our customers use our products for and they completely understand this, therefore they have worked with us to refine both an Angel Policy for the stamps and a copyright notice on the CD ROMs. You can read the angel policy by clicking here, and the copyright notice on the CD you will find as the CD closes down, but we've put this on the website which you can view by clicking here.
All of our rubber stamps are governed by this Angel Policy, and you'll find details about the copyright on each CD ROM specific to that license.
I hope that clears up the questions people have had!
And I hope you all enjoy the shows this evening and tomorrow - I'm just getting my last minute demo's and samples ready - kind of a mix of nerves and excitement! I'll do my best to get through as many demo's as possible (i've got 24 prepared!) there's just so much to show you! Enjoy!

Angel Policy
All of the copyright information for the CD ROMs is explained in detail on the copyright notice. The rubber stamps are covered by our angel policy, as detailled below.
All of the stamps produced by Crafter’s Companion are copyrighted or licensed to Crafter’s Companion. Every image comes under our Angel Policy. We want you to get the most value out of our products so give you permission to use our stamps for creating personal and resalable items as long as:
Each item is hand stamped (no mechanical or computerised reproduction in any form is allowed)
Items sold must give credit to Crafter’s Companion on the back of the creation – and where applicable the original licensor
Stamp designs must not be relabelled or separated and resold
Designs cannot be used as company logo’s or trademarks
Items made using the rubber stamps may not be promoted or sold online

I'm clear on the rubber stamp Angel policy, but still not quite sure about the cd's.
What is forward trading? Is that where you sell cards to a shop for them to sell??
It says we can sell it for personal use. _________________ Member of the Not forgotten birthday club 2012

Janette, it means we are fine as long as we are just selling on for our own personal reasons. As long as we're not selling in bulk to larger organisations/shops to resell on our behalf or for their own profit.
If it's just our own small/personal sales then we are ok. Just not allowed to sell online, or through card shops etc.. That would constitute the onward trading I think. _________________ http://kraftykarens.blogspot.com/

I'm just glad that C.C. managed to get it all worked out, as we all know how strict the BP copyrights have always been. It would never have worked if we couldn't have sold our cards as we usually do. The cost would have been too much just for a couple of cards here and there.
So yes, I guess everyone is happy all round!
Soooh cannot wait until the launch tonight, and our ability to order in the morning - guess who's getting up early tomorrow???!!! _________________ http://kraftykarens.blogspot.com/

Thank you so much to Sara for taking the time to clarify this.
And that the stamps are falling under the normal angel policy is just fantastic news . And this also means that I can start making space, so that Peter Rabbit & Co (or better their stamps ) can move in.
Guess, who will be sitting in front of the PC at midnight and order the stamps as soon as it is possible ...
Sara has really made my day and turned me into a very happy bunny. _________________ Scottish lassie x
